Whereas subsection 10(2)Footnote ^a of the Statutory Instruments Act provides that the Governor in Council may determine the form and manner in which the Canada Gazette, or any part of it, is published, including publication by electronic means;

And whereas the Government of Canada wishes to facilitate access to the Canada Gazette by publishing it in both print and electronic forms;

Therefore, Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to subsection 10(2)Footnote ^a of the Statutory Instruments Act, hereby makes the annexed Canada Gazette Publication Order.
