70 (1) Any person may transport or cause to be transported

• (a) western grain from the Western Division to the Eastern Division or eastern grain from the Eastern Division to the Western Division on the condition that the Commission is notified in writing of the kind, quantity and destination of the grain, before the grain is transported;

• (b) any grain for export to a final destination in the United States on condition that the Commission is notified in writing before the grain is transported; and

• (c) any grain for export by container on the condition that the Commission is presented, in an electronic format acceptable to the Commission, with a report respecting any grain exports that took place during the preceding week.
