Tariff of Fees Established under the Canada Cooperative Associations Act
Short Title
1 This Tariff may be cited as the Cooperatives Tariff of Fees.
Interpretation
1.1 In this Tariff,
- Act
Act means the Canada Cooperative Associations Act; (Loi)
- Department
Department means the Department of Consumer and Corporate Affairs. (ministère)

General
2 The fees set out in the schedule are payable as set out in the schedule and shall be paid
(a) in the case of fees in respect of a document filed, at the time the document is filed; and
(b) in the case of fees in respect of a service requested, before the service is provided.
3 Where a fee has been paid in respect of an application for the issue of a certificate of incorporation, continuation or amalgamation, if the application is rejected, withdrawn or abandoned, $25 of that fee shall be retained.

| 4. Issuance of a certificate of amendment under subsection 31(4), 127(3) or 128(2) of the Act | 50.00 |
| 5. Issuance of a certificate of amalgamation under subsection 131(2) of the Act | 200.00 |
| 6. Issuance of a written authorization under subsection 9(2) of the Act | 200.00 |
| 7. Filing a by-law that amends, repeals or replaces a charter by-law affecting authorized capital | 50.00 |
| 8. Registering particulars of a mortgage or charge under section 93 of the Act, or registering any other document under sections 93 to 95 of the Act | 10.00 |
| 9. Filing an annual return under subsection 118(2) of the Act | 30.00 |
| 10. Entering a fact in the register under subsection 94(1) of the Act | 10.00 |
| 11. Inspection of the register under subsection 93(10) of the Act | 10.00 |
