Coastal Fisheries Protection Regulations

23 (1) The NAFO Regulatory Area is hereby designated as an area of the sea regulated by NAFO for the purposes of section 5.3 of the Act.
(2) The NAFO Regulatory Area is hereby designated as an area of the sea regulated by NAFO for the purposes of paragraph 5.5(a) of the Act.
