97 For the purposes of subsection 66.17(1) of the Act, the manner in which a creditor who has proved a claim may indicate to the administrator assent to or dissent from the consumer proposal is in person, by personal delivery, by agent, by proxy, by mail, by facsimile or by electronic transmission.
