32 Where, pursuant to Part I of the Act, it is necessary to determine the capitalized value of an annuity or annual allowance, the capitalized value shall be computed on the basis of the Canadian Life Table Number 2 (1941), Males or Females, as the case may be, together with interest at the rate of four per cent per annum.
