Canada Pension Plan Regulations

73 The child of a person whose disability pension has been reinstated and who is 18 or more years of age shall furnish the Minister with the following information and evidence:

• (a) the child's name, address and Social Insurance Number;

• (b) the name, address and Social Insurance Number of the person whose disability pension has been reinstated; and

• (c) evidence of the child's full-time attendance at a school or university established in accordance with section 67.
