Marginal note:Contravention of Act
10 Every person who, or whose employee, or whose agent or mandatary, contravenes any provision of this Act is guilty of
(a) an indictable offence and liable to imprisonment for a term not exceeding two years; or
(b) an offence punishable on summary conviction.
