125 The Governor in Council may make regulations
(a) prescribing the manner in which the levy payable under section 112 is to be paid;
(b) respecting the filing with the Minister of information returns by the persons referred to in paragraph 112(4)(a) or (b) from whom the levy may be recovered; and
(c) [Repealed, 2014, c. 29, s. 51]
(d) generally for carrying out the purposes and provisions of this Part.
