Marginal note:Full-time members' superannuation

• 9 (1) The full-time members of the Commission shall be deemed to be persons employed in the Public Service for the purposes of the Public Service Superannuation Act.

• Marginal note:Compensation

  (2) For the purposes of any regulations made pursuant to section 9 of the Aeronautics Act, the full-time members of the Commission shall be deemed to be persons employed in the public service of Canada.
