• 441 Footnote ^*(1) Subsection 408(1), subsections 415(2) and (3), section 417, subsections 423(1) and (3) and sections 425 and 438 come into force on a day to be fixed by the Governor in Council, but that day must not be earlier than the day after the day on which section 258 of the Economic Action Plan 2014 Act, No. 1 comes into force.
