Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Justice, pursuant to subsection 12(3) of the Privacy Act, is pleased hereby to make the annexed Order extending the right to be given access to personal information under subsection 12(1) of the Privacy Act.Short Title

1This Order may be cited as the Privacy Act Extension Order, No. 2.

Extension

2The right to be given access to personal information under subsection 12(1) of the Privacy Act is hereby extended to include all individuals present in Canada to whom that right has not been extended previously.
