(opérateur de satellite)Notwithstanding section 2, a satellite operator or a ground station operator who is provided, during a twelve-month period, by the Minister of Energy, Mines and Resources with a satellite remote sensing imagery, tape or service described in Column I of any of items 6, 7, 15, and 16 of the schedule shall pay to the Minister the following percentages of the fee or charge set out in Column II of that item:91 per cent, for up to 150 separate scenes;88 per cent, for up to 250 additional separate scenes; and85 per cent, for any additional separate scenes.(Section 2)Fees and Charges for Satellite Remote Sensing Imagery, Tapes, and Services
