More than one work2If an application for an approval concerns more than one work, the fee payable is the sum of the fees required for each of the works.

Fee and payment3A fee of $66,000 must be paid to the Minister at the time an application for an exemption is submitted under subsection 24(1) of the Canadian Navigable Waters Act.
