His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Revenue, pursuant to section 102 of the Softwood Lumber Products Export Charge Act, 2006a hereby makes the annexed Expiry of the Application of Section 12.1 of the Softwood Lumber Products Export Charge Act, 2006 Regulations.aS.C. 2006, c. 13

1Section 12.1 of the Softwood Lumber Products Export Charge Act, 2006 ceases to be in force on July 1, 2011.

2These Regulations come into force on July 1, 2011.
