1In these Regulations, Act means the Bank Act.

Exemption Circumstances

2For the purpose of section 1005 of the Act, the prescribed circumstances are that the exemption does not prejudice any of the shareholders or the public interest.

Coming into Force

3These Regulations come into force on June 1, 2011.
