Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of National Revenue, pursuant to paragraph 304(1)(j) of the Excise Act, 2001a, hereby makes the annexed Regulations Respecting the Fees for the Examination of Instruments and the Provision of Tables.aS.C. 2002, c. 22Fees

1The fee to be paid for the examination of an instrument under subsection 148(2) of the Excise Act, 2001 is $25.

2The fee for each copy of the tables set out in column 1 of the chart to this section is set out in column 2 of the chart.
