Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to subsection 74(3) of the Indian Act, hereby makes the annexed Sandy Bay Band Council Method of Election Regulations.Method of Election

1The chief and the councillors of the Sandy Bay Band shall be elected by a majority of the votes of the electors of the Band.

Coming into Force

2These Regulations come into force on the day on which they are registered.
