His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 2 of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Act, is pleased hereby to transfer from the Minister of National Health and Welfare to the Minister of Labour:all the powers, duties and functions in relation to regional economic development in the Province of Quebec; andthe control and supervision of that portion of the public service known as the Federal Office of Regional Development — Quebec.
