His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Communications and the Treasury Board, pursuant to paragraph 19(1)(b)* of the Financial Administration Act, is pleased hereby to authorize the Minister of Communications to prescribe, by order, the fees or charges to be paid by a user for whom the Department of Communications provides any of the following services :S.C. 1991, c. 24, s. 6the technical assessment, reassessment, testing or certification of telecommunications apparatus; andthe labelling or marking of telecommunications apparatus as evidence of ongoing compliance with the technical requirements, specifications, standards or procedures of the Department of Communications.
