His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, pursuant to section 25 of the Museums Act*, is pleased hereby to specify the National Capital Region, as described in the schedule to the National Capital Act, as the place in which shall be located the head office of each of the following museums, namely,*S.C. 1990, c. 3(a)the National Gallery of Canada,(b)the Canadian Museum of Civilization,(c)the Canadian Museum of Nature, and(d)the National Museum of Science and Technology,effective July 1, 1990.
