Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under section 3 of the Invest in Canada Acta,aS.C. 2017, c. 20, s. 442(a)repeals Order in Council P.C. 2018-49 of January 31, 2018b; andbSI/2018-16(b)designates the President of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, as the Minister for the purpose of the Invest in Canada Acta.
