Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under section 2 of the Physical Activity and Sport Acta,aS.C. 2003, c. 2(a)repeals Order in Council P.C. 2025-427 of March 14, 2025b;bSI/2025-46(b)designates the Minister of Health, a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, to be the Minister for the purposes of the Physical Activity and Sport Acta in respect of physical activity; and(c)designates the Minister of State (Sport), a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, to be the Minister for the purposes of the Physical Activity and Sport Acta in respect of sport.
