Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, under section 4 of the Canada Early Learning and Child Care Acta,aS.C. 2024, c. 2(a)repeals Order in Council P.C. 2024-345 of April 12, 2024b; andbSI/2024-15(b)designates the Minister of Employment and Social Development, a member of the King’s Privy Council for Canada, to be the Minister for the purposes of that Act.
