His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Prime Minister, effective November 4, 2015,(a) pursuant to paragraph 2(a)a of the Public Service Rearrangement and Transfer of Duties Actb, transfers to the Minister of Infrastructure, Communities and Intergovernmental Affairs from the President of the Queen’s Privy Council for Canada the control and supervision of that portion of the federal public administration known as the Office of Infrastructure of Canada; andS.C. 2003, c. 22, s. 207R.S., c. P-34(b) orders that the Minister of Infrastructure, Communities and Intergovernmental Affairs is to preside over the Office of Infrastructure of Canada.
