Her Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Indian Affairs and Northern Development, pursuant to section 14 of the Territorial Lands Act, hereby orders that the bed, below the ordinary high water mark, of a body of water as described in the annexed schedule, located at Great Slave Lake, in the Northwest Territories, be included in the grant of certain territorial lands.All that portion of Lot 17, Block 19, in the Northwest Territories, as that lot is shown on a plan of survey of record number 83825 in the Canada Lands Surveys Records at Ottawa, a copy of which is filed in the Land Titles Office for the Northwest Territories Land Registration District at Yellowknife under number 3578, lying on the bed, below the ordinary high water mark, of Great Slave Lake.
