1Remission is hereby granted of the fee of $75, paid or payable under item 3 of the Immigration Act Fees Regulations, for the processing of a duly completed application for a visitor visa to come into Canada once, on condition that the applicant(a)is an athlete, coach, trainer, member of the medical staff, national team official, judge or member of the sanctioning national or international sports federation who is participating in the IAAF World Championships in Athletics in Edmonton in 2001 or the 2001 Games of La Francophonie; or(b)is a performer invited by the organizing committee of the 2001 Games of La Francophonie to participate in a cultural festival that is part of or is associated with those games.
