1This Order may be cited as the Specification of Statutory Provisions (Treasury Board) Order.

Specification

2The Treasury Board is authorized to exercise the powers of the Governor in Council under the provisions specified in the schedule.

SCHEDULE(Section 2)

1Subsection 8(1) and subsection 9(1) of the Canadian Wheat Board Act.
