• 273 (1) When a sales establishment is unlocked, small arms cartridges that are displayed for sale must be Footnote ^*attended, kept behind a sales counter or locked up (for example, in a cabinet).

  (2) Only people authorized by the retailer may have access to the area behind a sales counter.
