Marginal note:Combustible wastes
40 Before the expiry of a permit, the permit holder must burn all combustible wastes, other than those that must be removed from the Antarctic, in incinerators that meet any emission standards and equipment guidelines that may be recommended by the Committee for Environmental Protection and the Scientific Committee on Antarctic Research.
