  For obtaining copies of a statutory instrument:
• (a) 

  for the first copy:

• (i) for each of the first 10 pages 0.25

• (ii) for each additional page 0.15

• (b) for each additional copy, per page 0.10

subject to a minimum charge of $1.00.
