Whereas the Minister of Energy, Mines and Resources has recommended that the blending of the authorized explosives, KINEPOUCH and KINESTIK, be allowed at or near the place of use;And Whereas by certificate dated October 30, 1979 the Chief Inspector of Explosives has approved the nature of the components and of the final explosive products, KINEPOUCH and KINESTIK;Therefore, His Excellency the Governor General in Council, on the recommendation of the Minister of Energy, Mines and Resources, pursuant to section 8 of the Explosives Act, is pleased hereby to revoke the Kinepouch and Kinestik Explosives Order made by Order in Council P.C. 1980-1001 of 17 April, 1980*, and to make the annexed Order respecting the blending of the authorized explosives, KINEPOUCH and KINESTIK, in substitution therefor.*SI/80-83, 1983 Canada Gazette Part II, p. 1792SHORT TITLE

1.This Order may be cited as the Kinepouch and Kinestik Explosives Order, 1981.

BLENDING

2.Any person may blend the inexplosive component parts of the authorized explosives, KINEPOUCH and KINESTIK, at or near the place of use.
